Michael Teitelbaum D.M.D., F.A.G.D. is a Cosmetic Dentist in Briarcliff Manor, NY.  He graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute and received further education at the University of Pennsylvania School of Dental Medicine, completed a GP Residency at Lutheran Medical Center, and excelled in a two-year high-level specialty in Prosthodontics at N.Y.U, where he continued teaching for eight years before deciding to devote himself to private practice.

Now married and a father, Dr. Teitelbaum continues to pursue his love of learning through his passionate ongoing study of new dental and medical technologies (such as Silent Nite and MATRx), as well as far exceeding his continuing education credit requirements annually.

Dr. Teitelbaum is an Associate at Phelps Hospital, and an esteemed speaker at Dental Association meetings nationally on topics involving the latest in cutting edge dentistry. He was awarded a Masters from the Academy of General Dentistry - their highest achievement. He is also President of the Greater New York Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry. Dr. Teitelbaum is a co-founder of the Empire State Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry and founding Vice-President of the American Academy of Cosmetic Dentistry.

Locally, Dr. Teitelbaum is well-known for his charitable work: most notably, his annual “Candy Buy Back” program each Halloween, when he offers candy-sharing children a dollar for every pound of candy they bring in for overseas troops. He provides the children with a certificate of patriotism, a picture, and of course, the dollar coins. The soldiers give away much of the candy to the children in Iraq and Afghanistan, but the troops also love this taste of home.
